hello our cartridge have seven models, 12a/88a/78a/35a/85a/36a/83a, page yield is 12000 pages, refill is very simple, it's not traditional easy to refill cartridge, it doesn't need to dump waste powder. many of the parts are tailor-made by us. Very Poor
I bought 2 toners for my Samsung printer,when I replaced the old one. the toners sent didn't fit? I got correct model number, have tried everyday for a week to contact company. Nobody picks up or responds to emails.
