I offer a one to one counselling/coaching service covering areas such as, stress, anxiety, anger, depression, bereavenment, motivation, procrastination, goal setting, bullying and much more. I am a member of the Coventry university counselling team and a member of the BACP. I am qualified in NLP, solution focused therapy and a wide range of humanistic therapies.
