• Appalling customer service, low grade products, never again

  Ordered a number of items. Items poorly packed, poor delivery service and very low products not matching description. The customer service as reported elsewhere is truly appalling and getting your money back is very difficult. Not worth the hassle when they are other companies who genuinely want the business and have excellent customer service. Will never use Ibath / Luxury for Less again....

• Taps not fir for purpose

  I bought some taps from here, 3 out of the 4 were faulty, as I had to wait for a plumber I didn't realise until after they were fitted. they refused refund my money and only offered replacement. As they were of substandard quality I ordered some more and so am now out of pocket! Do not trust.
