Awarded Gold Food Hygiene Certificate

Following a recent food hygiene inspection by Stratford District Council I was pleased to open the envelope and find I had been awarded a GOLD food hygiene certificate.

Specialist Services

All Cakes are homemade to traditional recipes, where possible using eggs from our own 8 hens or fresh eggs direct from the farm in the village. No other preservatives or addivtives are used. All cakes are made to order.
