I have had many encounters with Lloyds as they are my main bank, having been with them for more than 7 years. During this time I have had nothing but hassle from them! I have a current account, savings and loan with them. Have been fobbed off with my loan insurance, with Lloyds telling me I needed to cancel it to make a claim. After talking to my insurance company this was not the case! Now I am needing to set up a new D/D to sort out my loan and carry on making payments to make a claim! My insurance covers me for loss of employment..... how do they expect me to make a payment when I am not working at the moment....This is what my insurance is for!!!!! So...... I rang today to set up a new D/D only to be told not to do this but to set up a standing order, but I would need to contact my branch. So I rang my branch only to be told I cant do it!!!!!! I would need to make a payment in person at one of the branches!!!! Llloyds seem to be stuffing me every which way. I plan to phone my insurance company back today to make a claim..... Will definately write another review on the insurance company if I have any problems!
