I like the service here at the general tils but the photo section is a total nightmare which is why I have only given 3 stars. Every time I use them and I mean EVERY time, I have to wait at least 5 or 10 minutes for someone to serve me when I collect the photos. The staff will be developing photos, look at me, not acknowledge me and then just leave me waiting. Then no 'sorry to keep you wating' is offered when they finally do bother! Its like us customers are an inconvenience. It has got so bad that I now drive into town instead to get my photos done at the boots in the precinct. I really do not recommend getting photos done here.
