Really poor service from this shop

I rang these people on a Saturday lunchtime to find out what time they closed, they told me 5pm. After a 55 mile journey I arrived at the shop at 4.30pm, they were closed. Obviously I was pretty annoyed, it had cost me �£15 in fuel and taken three hours out of my weekend. I emailed them to see if they would be prepared to send me the items I wanted without a delivery charge, or maybe just explain what went wrong. It's five days later now and I have been completely ignored, they couldn't even bring themselves to apologise. I am even more annoyed now. I could have been a regular customer of theirs, but I have found a more reliable shop in Leicester now.
