Terrible service and attitude at Bedlam Beds Warwick

I went to bedlam bed today as I need a guest bed in time for xmas. The man who served us, I assume the owner was so so rude it was unbelievable! I was there with my husband and 8 week old baby- we asked if there was anything he could do on price and he then got really off with us and said we were using his expertise to then go and buy of the internet and said he had other people to serve! Ideally we would buy a product locally from a store where we have seen the product. As it is Bedlam beds are really expensive. I can get the same relyon bed for £50 cheaper from Daniels dept store in Windsor inc delivery!! He had such a short sighted view for someone in sales. I can only assume that the current economic climate has the gentleman stressed out and I actually feel sorry for him! As it is we will not be returning to bedlam beds in warwick as I will not be treated in such a rude manner! One star rating = terrible =Bedlam beds warwick!!!
