i am disgusted with the misleading offer in coventry Sally store, purchasing a 60ml hair colour which offers a free developer, But not if you are a member of the public, which is NOT made clear on the offer. you may buy the developer product but no free offer. So after purchasing the hair colour at a premium price, you then have to buy your free offer. yet the flier reads free developer for every purchase of the 60ml hair colour. The reason explained to me by a member of staff was the use of the word professional use. How ridiculous, when the hair colour and all their products say for professional use. I am informed by the same staff member that Trading Standards have sanctioned this misleading advertising, as for myself i have spent a lot of mony as a member of the public in the past in Sallys but I wont use this store again and i advise the public, BEWARE
