    Took us round to look at a flat, he didnt know what he was on about, there was no lighting so he had to use the light from his phone... lost our deposit money and left us with nowhere to stay, rude customer service.. DO NOT USE ARCHER BASSETT!!!!!!

    I called the other day to enquire about a flat and they were rude over the phone. I phoned back to speak to the manager and he couldn't care less! USELESS.
