very dissapointed

My husband purchased a voucher for me as a special gift, and the website is completely deceptive, you can NOT use vouchers at any of the health farms they feature on the site. If you are expecting a lovely day out go to your local gym and use the treatment room there, that is what you are purchasing with spaseekers. Also they refuse to refund the voucher. Terrible, terrible experience!

Not Impressed

Spa Seekers are an amateur company who, once they have your money, are not interested in any problems you have. Paid for next day delivery to arrive on a 30th Birthday, it arrived 7 days later via second class post. When the voucher pack was opened up (paid �£4.95 for wrapping), the voucher expired 6 months before it was bought. I am disgusted with the attitude of the staff I spoke to and what was supposed to be a present bought for toal piece of mind and pleasure, turned out to be a total stress. I would never purchase anything from this company again.
