Shockingly poor

Tried taking an unwanted christmas gift (boxed with receipt) back to them in order to exchange it for something I liked. Point blanked refused me less than a week after christmas. Their advice - "Chuck it on ebay", even the managers response was "Chuck it on ebay". Its not a cheap watch, and "Chuck it on ebay" isnt a response I would expect from ANY retail store, especially one that tries to pride itself on designer items and customer service. We were then ignored till we left, absolutely shocking terrible service. You get better service at poundland! I will be avoiding this place in the future, "Chuck it on ebay" does not suffice. Perhaps the owners should just take their business and just "Chuck it on ebay", maybe a new management team is called for. Again, shocking, terrible, abrupt and not friendly. I will definately be avoiding this place from now on.
